Have you heard of Wii game? Kaki game mesti tahu tentang Wii ni. Wii is like PS just that ia menggunakan motion instead of pressing the joystick. Tapi kalau tak silap PS yang latest sekrang pun dah guna motion sensor.
So actually, dah lama dah beli Wii ni, raya tahun lepas. Memang best sebab dia more to gamily game. So it's good to have it at home, having fun with my family. Selain daripada main game, Wii ni pun boleh bersenam juga. Game yang boleh membuat anda berpeluh adalah seperti main tennis, boxing, golf an many other sports.
I promise myself to try to reduce some weight, so I bought this gym routine workout. I personally have trainer coming to my house instead of going outside. Tapi nak kena beli Wii nya balance board so that I could weight in and keep my record in Wii system so that my personal trainer boleh calculate nilai kalori yang dah bakar.

1st day: skit jer.. nilai kalori yang bakar sama dengan mkn dark chocolate
2nd day: ada peningkatan.. kalau tgk kat gambar jam tu.. that indicate duration routine time

Clam chowder ni kalau ikut Mr Translate sup krim kerang
Mr Hubby suka makan ceasar salad
Dah bakar 212.8 kalori tapi baru bakar biskut.. Hmm sabar sabar..
