Roasted chicken, mashed potato with garden salad



Roasted Chicken
Ingredients:
1 red onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
Oyster sauce
Turmeric powder
Honey
Mix herbs
Black pepper

Steps:
1. Blend onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass.
2. Mix the chicken with all the above ingredients together to blend ingredients.
3. Marinate for 2 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Cook chicken for 1 hour.
6. Make sure there is a reservoir of water in the oven to avoid dry chicken.

Mashed Potato
Ingredients:
7 pieces of potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup of milk
A pinch of salt

Steps:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and boiled with water (a pinch of salt).
2. Once cooked, drain the potatoes.
3. Enter the butter with the milk into the potatoes.
4. Mashed the potatoes until smooth.

Gravy
Ingredients:
1 red onion (diced)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 cube of chicken stock 
Button mushrooms (sliced​​)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Black pepper

Steps:
1. Saute onion in butter.
2. Put the flour and stir.
3. Add milk, chicken stock cube, button mushrooms, soy sauce and black pepper.
4. Stir until thick gravy.
