BBQ at Home

Last weekend, kami sekeluarga berBBQ di rumah jer. Malas nak pergi mana-mana sebab musim hujan. Terasa nak makan panggang so kat rumah pun cukup la. Bab-bab perapan ni, I serah tugas tersebut kepada Mr Hubby. Almaklumlah dia lagi pakar bab tu. 

Kalau perasan, tempat bakar tu instant bbq set. Dah siap arang dalam bekas tu. Kat cover depan tertera easy light, tapi takde la easy sangat. Sejam juga la nak nyalakan arang tu. (Atas tu contoh instant grill ye..)

Ni la hasil grill kami. Ayam, daging, dan kentang bersama dengan garden salad. Bon appetit!

Potato Wedges

Assalamualaikum frenz.. 

Semalam selepas balik dari office tak berpeluang tuk membeli or cari anything to eat for dinner sebab hujan lebat. So since ada kentang lagi, serbuk chezzy pun ada lagi so buat sendiri la potato wedges cicah bersama chezzy sos and mayonnaise. 

Just a simple resepi, within half an hour dah boleh makan.

Potato Wedges

Bahan-bahan:
6 biji ubi kentang - potong wedges
1 ¼ cawan tepong serbaguna½ sudu kecil paprika
½ sudu kecil black pepper powder
1/2 cawan air
Garam secukup rasaMinyak masak secukupnya

Cara-cara:
1. Basuh kentang dahulu, potong bentuk wedges (lonjong) then rebus separuh masak.
2. Toskan kentang.
3. Bancuh tepung bersama serbuk paprika, black pepper powder, garam dan air.
4. Make sure bancuhan tidak terlalu pekat atau cair.
5. Gaulkan kentang dengan bancuhan tepung.
6. Goreng sehingga warna keemasan.
7. Boleh dihidang bersama jalapeno sauce dan mayonnaise.

MOVEMBER

Tergelak juga baca salah satu entry dari Blog Serius. It's about man growing mustaches on November. Hmm.. no wonder la Mr. Hubby nak bela misai last week. Dah datang bulan rupanya. Kena la kasi green light nampak gayanya.

Mengikut Mr Wiki, Movember adalah gabungan words dari moustache and November. Sebuah acara tahunan yang dilakukan sepanjang bulan November untuk bela misai to raise awareness of prostate cancer and other male cancer and associated charities.

So jangan ingat wanita sahaja ada bulan untuk menyedarkan breast cancer, man pun ada rupanya.  So sama-samalah kita aware about our health condition.

Durian Crepe

Malaysia telah dilanda demam durian crepe. Sana sini semua bercerita tentang sedapnya durian crepe. Pernah juga aju soalan pada Mr. Hubby, sedap sangat ke sampai semua orang bercerita ni. 

Since, ada officemate yang jiran dia jual durian crepe, so I give it a shot to give this food a try. The food is not bad, just another way to eat durian selain daripada makan bersama dengan pulut.

Tadi saja2 browse cari resepi durian crepe. so why not just share with you alls. Enjoys.

DURIAN CREPE

Bahan2 untuk crepe:

50gm tpg superfine/gandum

1 sdb tpg ubi kayu 

2sdb gula kastor

3 sdb butter di cairkan

1 biji telur

160ml air

40ml susu cair

1/2 sdt esen vanila..

sedikit pewarna.. 

Cara2 :

satukan semua bhn2 td & wisk je sampai sebati.. kemudian tapis adunan td

sendukkan sesenduk tuang dlm kuali leper @ non stik, wat mcm buat ketayap tu ye.. tp jgn terblkkan & guna api slow aje

dah masak biar sejuk..

Bahan filling: 

fresh krim yg pukul soft peak

isi durian 

Cara gulung: 

Ambil sekeping crepe tadi bahagian licin di bwh ye.. letak fc ratakan skit letak isi durian kat tgh n lipat gulung mcm lipat ketayap aka kuih gulung tu.. 

Simpan dlm fridge jap blh la ngap.. enak dimkn ketika sejuk...

PCB UV Board Construction

My project student selalu tanya macam mana nak guna developer and etching printed circuit board (PCB). The things is they all malas nak mencari. Tak tahu la nak marah cam mana lagi. So students out there yang tengah membaca ni, rajin2 juga la buka website yang berilmiah skit untuk upgrade diri kita yang lemah ini.

So, I would like to share cara2 untuk expose, developer and etching.

Today, i decided to make PCB board using UV (Ultra Violet) method for sharing the knowledge on the procedures & process of UV PCB construction. Here are some of pictures with brief explanation.

Step 1: Print a circuit on laminate paper

Step 2: Buy a Kinsten Coated PCB - GS1015 for single layer and the manual instruction inside the product.

Step 3: Attach a circuit together with Kinsten Coated PCB and expose it with light (photoresis) using UV machine around 90 to 120 second.

Step 4 : A picture of PCB after photoresis process. Remove a circuit from PCB and you can use again the same laminate for other PCB.

Step 5 : Quickly bath a circuit with water and developer then shake it until the unwanted layer remove from the PCB.

Figure A : Picture sample of developer. You can used other product you like.

Step 6 : After wash a PCB, bath the PCB with ferrite chloride & hot water then shake the PCB again until the second unwanted layer removed from the PCB.

Figure B : Picture sample of ferrite chloride product. Caution! You are deal with dangerous chemical (developer & ferrite chloride). Wash you hand after using it. Please use a glove if possible and dispose the chemical properly.

Step 7 : Lastly, brush your circuit and see the different. Now, you can cut any PCB size and drill the PCB for soldering purpose. That's all :)

The Billionaire vs Tao Kae Noi

Sambil menjaga sQ yang tengah demam last Saturday, Mr Hubby and I watched this Thailand movie aired on ABO. Kelakar juga cerita ni. This story was about a young boy at age 18 ingin menjadi usahawan muda untuk membayar semula hutang ayahnya pada bank sebanyak 40 million Baht. 

At first, this guy nama Top Ittipat, niaga buah berangan. Banyak juga dugaan dan cabaran yang harus dia tempuh at a very young age. Then he got inspired by eating his girlfriend's seaweed. So dia cadang nak goreng then belajar how to pack in order to maintain kerangguppan seaweed yang lama.

Tetiba one of the scene ada mention nama product seaweed tersebut which is Tao Kae Noi. Tengok semula info then baru perasan this movie was based on true story. Lagi la Mr Hubby and I excited nak tengok this movie sampai habis coz we love eating this snack.
